All members of staff are local young people. They have been trained for many years and received first aid courses. We believe fair wages and respect creates economic opportunities for the local community around the mountain.

Cultural Value
The mountain is a protected Cultural Heritage Site and embedded in local religion. Remnants of Buddhist, Cham and Chinese temples as well as an impressive Sleeping Buddha statue can be found in and outside the caves.
